I am so amazed by your wonderful family. I'm so privileged to have had you cross our lives. Congratulations! We'll be praying for you!! (The Evans from Mboro)
ReplyDeleteLove it!!!!! Love the announcement and LOVE that you are bringing 2 more home!
ReplyDeleteWow! First, obviously, the video was awesome. But the news is even more awesome! I can't wait to hear all the details.....how old are the kids, where are they from, how did you find them, etc. etc.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
We are so ecstatic for your family! What sweet little children. Cannot wait to hear more about this adventure.
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, as I was watching this this morning as the kids were eating breakfast, they of course heard the music and came running. They were asking me who this family was, as the younger ones have never met you all. I had the funnest time "introducing" your family to them and they asked all the way to school if they could please see the dancing family video again after school.
Love the video!
Miss you guys.
The dancing family-- ha! I love that! We miss you guys!! Thanks for such a sweet comment.

ReplyDeleteThis news makes my day! I am so happy for your family!!! Will we get more info soon? :)
ReplyDeleteI have never commented before but just felt compelled to do so after watching that. It made me cry, it was just so cute and touching it brought tears of joy. Your boys sing well! I loved watching everyone dance...especially Lexi at the end. That video was so awesome! Congrats on your new family members, you guys have the biggest hearts!
ReplyDeleteWow! That was amazingly well done...and the news is awesome, of course. Christi - you look like you could be one of the girls; Jeremy - well, you're still cute, too. The pan of all your family members against the white wall as the song says, "We go on and on and on..." is just perfect!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! That's really exciting... and sad that you'll be moving-- we're about to move back this summer. Loved the video!

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your journey and giving me a peek into your world. It was so fun to get your e-mail pointing to this announcement. I am so awed by you. If I could be but a fly on your wall ... to watch life unfold. It is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI used to follow your blog...well I used to do a lot of things that I no longer do. I used to blog at Purpose Driven Family but that is gone now. Long story but faithful God. Saw your announcement as it is all over FB :) I saw the kiddos and went..hey...I have seen those kiddos before...wow they have grown! :) Very happy for you. Obviously the Lord is blessing you :) When I deleted my blog I lost my list of blogroll so I lost your blog address. Have thought of you now and then but couldn't find you. Happy to hear of your news. We are hoping to get back to China this summer, Lord willing. We have a precious 6.5 year old daughter waiting. Blessings on your journey, Holly
ReplyDeleteI'm laughing and crying all at once!!! What an incredible announcement!! I'm so excited for Cali and Conner and for your beautiful family!! Will definitely be praying for Conner's approval and for things to go smoothly and quickly...as well as your housing situation! I'm praying for that millionaire and though I'm not rich would be honored to help with my few dollars as I know every dollar helps.
ReplyDeleteThat video is the best ever! I pray it goes viral!!! You should send it to the Ellen show!! What an absolutely beautiful family.
Hmmm... Ellen, huh? I'll think about that one! Anything to get a new home for all these kiddos! Thanks for your kind words!!

I have been following your blog for about 18 months now! I am so happy for your family. I want you to know that you inspire me to be a better, more patient and loving mother. Thank you! Good luck to your family. You will be in our prayers!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!! That is such wonderful news! So happy for you guys!
ReplyDeleteI found your video on Facebook and it is soooo cool!!! Congratulations! Bythe way your little Sophia is so stinkin precious. We have also been blessed with a little one with a limb difference.
ReplyDeleteThere is something uniquely precious and endearing about little ones with the limb differences.
DeleteAmazing video!!! It's probably you g to go viral so you should add a fundraising button on your blog quickly! I'd be the first to donate a little to help you bring those two special kiddos home to your big family!!

ReplyDeleteYou've got us thinking!
DeleteOh my gosh, I have been following your blog for so long thru all your children and have never commented before, but I am compelled this time, crying and smiling at the same time. I so admire your energy and amazing family. Bless all on this new journey, all of your children are just adorable but I that little Sophia is just so darn cute I just want to pinch her cheeks.
ReplyDeleteLeigh
Mom to two china babies now 15 & 11 years
Thanks, Leigh! That is so sweet! I will pinch her cheeks for you. (;

Wow That was GREAT!!! Sooo Happy for you!!!! God is so GOOD!
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear and see the official announcement! We LOVE your family and I admire you in so many, many ways!! Now I need to think of a way to make that fundraiser garage sale happen for sure this summer:) Thanks for sharing your news and your life stories on your blog - it's the highlight of my days!
ReplyDeleteYou two never cease to amaze me with the size of your hearts. I look at people who "can" do hard things and then I see you, who CHOOSE to do hard things AND do them with a smile and great faith. I'm so grateful that I am still able to be inspired and blessed by your examples, even if it is over the internet and not in person. Thank you for lifting my heart and inspiring me to greater acts of love.
ReplyDelete~Prayers for Conner's approval and for a safe trip to get he and Cali and bring them to a celestial home~
xo- Brooke (Davies) Liljenquist
Hi Brooke! Thank you! It sounds like you're on an adventure of your own with Dan running against Orrin Hatch! Tell Dan he has my vote!
DeleteAll of the Wilson kiddos are SO EXCITED about their new cousins!!! I don't think it's a coincidence that Danny and Breanna's baby came on the same day as your announcement to everyone! Three new Nelson children straight from heaven (two via China). I felt the same way seeing Cali and Conner as I did when I saw your announcements of your other precious children waiting for you on the other side of the world. It is SO RIGHT, isn't it? And because it is right, God will provide everything you need to make it work. I am sure of it!!
ReplyDeleteWe love you guys and wish as always that miles didn't separate us!!
Becky
Hi Greens- wow, Jeremy wasn't kidding when he suggested I tune in today for news. This is inspiring and fantastic! Our prayers will be with you through this next phase of your amazing journey. Many thanks for giving us a peek into your remarkable life. There has to be a way to give you all a bigger kitchen table. Hmm... while we think on that one, Marissa tells me she and Xander are conspiring to get our families together. When you're ready for a night off of dinner duty, please let me know and we'll get it on the books. :)
ReplyDeleteMarianne
You really think you can handle our brood?!! You must be crazier than we are! (;

AMAZING!!!! I have never witnessed such a special family. You guys ROCK!!!!
ReplyDeleteI feel "crazy" with 4 kiddos and we're adopting our 5th. I have followed your inspirational blog for a while and WOW!!!!
So happy for you all wondering...how in the world did you have the time and talent to pull together such an amazing VIDEO?!!! Awesome!!!! It speaks volumes to your family, faith and love. Godspeed!!!
Thanks for the kind words! And don't worry-- I felt crazy with even one! It is hard no matter how many children you have. And five is a lot, so you can feel crazy all you want!! God will strengthen you and I've found He's great at compensating for shortcomings. You will do great-- congrats!!
DeleteWe did the video mostly in one day. Our only free Saturday! It was so much fun. Jer took the boys to a studio to do the recording and they did it the first time through with just a little practice beforehand-- I'm proud of them! They are a bit mortified that so many people are seeing it though, even though much of it was their idea!
Christianne
Wow! What a creative and inspiring video! I can feel the love and joy. I am completely in awe to say the least. That will be 10 on earth and two in heaven right? You have earned your spot in heaven that's for sure! I don't know how you guys do it--I can barely keep up with our four ;)! Christi, you look amazing--by the way. Thank you all for making the world a better place!
ReplyDeleteLove,
Charity Checketts
There are no luckier children in the whole wide world!!!
ReplyDeleteI can't think of two more beautiful children to add to your beautiful family! Love to you all!
ReplyDeleteBest announcement ever!! A friend posted it on my facebook page which brought me to your blog. I've added your blog to my blogroll and can't wait to see how the Lord brings these kiddos home!!
ReplyDelete(And I agree with an above commenter--you need a button on your blog so people can donate)
Very excited to see this announcement. I have followed your blog for a couple of years now, and love what God is doing through your family. This song is now stuck in my head...I keep having to come back and listen again!
ReplyDeleteWow! Great video! I wonder, what song are you going to do next?
ReplyDeleteAwesome, what a beautiful family. I hope that I'll get to meet your family some day.
ReplyDeleteAwesome, what a beautiful family. I hope that I'll get to meet your family some day.
ReplyDeleteMy oldest son said [basically], "Mom, that special girl with no arms can't put them up in the air, but I bet she's putting her spirit arms up!"
ReplyDeleteMy middle child [boy] said, "Can we watch that again? Cuz it made me feel so good inside...like Jesus inside!"
Thank you so much; Jeremy & fam, I am so amazed; I struggle at this point with three that have no special needs! We have thought about adopting a Chinese child at some point; we'll have to see what the future brings!
What a wonderful plug-in to the Spirit you are!
Oh my goodness!! Love it! What sweet little blessings! You guys amaze me! Love y'all!
ReplyDeleteWE LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! Amazing announcement and the best, most wonderful video. We watched it at breakfast the morning you released it. Our kids loved seeing their friends, who they are convinced are now world-famous! Our kids keep asking to watch it over and over. :-) Conner and Calli are SO blessed to receive such an incredible family. Can't wait to see how this all unfolds over the upcoming months. We are so grateful for our friendship and your great examples. You never cease to amaze us. Much Love, Trip & Jen
ReplyDeleteLove this! Can you post the lyrics that you guys made to go with this?
ReplyDeleteAs the music instructor for several of your little ones at the elementary, may I say that I completely loved your music video and find you and your children to be a great inspiration!! Your sweet Lexi brought tears to my eyes when she told me that someday Jesus was going to come and fix her eyes! What faith and what joy she has. And Xander with his big heart (he was the one that wanted to share about this video and his "new" siblings), all the way to your wonderful Jesi and Parker and the way they treat your adoptive joys. You can tell that you must be a wonderful, loving, faith filled family! Thanks for sharing your children and your journey.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe loved your video too. :)
